Pioneer Power Group was contracted to perform arc flash modeling for a client that was struggling with time constraints and lack of data access. At the Pioneer Power Group, we focus on going above and beyond for our customers to prioritize safety, maximize efficiency, and provide speedy study results.
We recently worked on a project that required rapid assessment of data requirements. The client needed additional information beyond that which was available from the original equipment submittals. Our team was tasked with developing a same-day arc flash model to address the challenge of missing data.
Our team created a project specific study model with custom plug-ins and data request tools that cross-referenced existing equipment barcode numbers. This custom model allowed our team to enter new data in a timely manner and generate data requests for missing information that very same day.
The Pioneer Power Group team was able to create a custom tool with plug-ins that sped up the arc flash study timeline. In addition to developing a same-day arc flash model, our team identified some mistakes that someone else had made. This attention to detail helped the client save time and money on costly mistakes. The custom arc flash model was delivered on the same day and data request tools were used to rapidly gather missing data. Our team was pleased to deliver an excellent model in a timely fashion.
